We are a non-denominational community church ministering in Grandview Plaza, KS, and surrounding areas to include Junction City, Milford, and Ft. Riley. Our mission is to glorify Jesus Christ through evangelism and discipleship across our community.
Located just across the Smoky Hill River from Junction City, we like to think of ourselves as "The Little Church Across the River." Whether you've lived here for years or are newly stationed at Ft. Riley, drop in, say hello, and join us this Sunday!

Biblical & Conservative Teaching
We are a biblically-based, theologically conservative community dedicated to clear Scripture teaching and faithful discipleship.
Grace & Unity
We are non-denominational but come from different backgrounds so we aim for unity in essentials and grace in non-essentials.

Come as you are! Whether you prefer a suit or jeans and a T-shirt, you'll find a warm, low-pressure environment ready to welcome you.
Worship Service
Sunday Mornings @ 10:00am
At Legacy Church, our services are contemporary. We do modern music that is exciting as well as inspirational. A majority of our sermons will be verse-by-verse, chapter-by-chapter, through the Bible, but we also understand the importance of the occasional topical message based on the needs of the congregation.
Nursery Care (Newborns-4 yrs. old), Kids’ Church (K-5th Grade), and a Parents’ Room are available.
Once per month (on the 2nd Sunday), our K-5th graders join the adults in the main service for our Family Sunday so families and worship and learn together.

It is our desire to do more than just meet on Sunday mornings. We gather every Wednesday to be equipped, connect with one another, and share a meal together.
A Note from the Pastor
I want to invite you to come visit us this Sunday morning. We are a laid-back group of people doing our best to serve Jesus. My prayer is that you won't just visit, but that you'll find your people, find your purpose, and get plugged into our mission of reaching our community for Christ.

Brandon Kissam
Pastor
Brandon grew up in a military family in a small town in Eastern Colorado. When he graduated, he joined the active-duty Air Force and was stationed at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, AZ. Following his initial six-year enlistment, he transitioned to the Reserves and moved back to Colorado, working as a software engineer until retiring after 21 years of service. Upon retiring, God called him into full-time ministry, so he packed up his family and moved to Junction City, KS, in the summer of 2026.
Brandon holds a degree from Moody Bible Institute, and while he considers himself non-denominational, he was largely shaped by Calvary Chapel and Baptist churches, most recently serving at an Independent Christian Church.
Brandon enjoys cheering on his hometown teams, the Denver Broncos and Colorado Avalanche, despite being in rival territory. You might also spot him out on the golf course, working hard to get his handicap down to a respectable number.
